recruit a Retail Area Manager
Description of duties
-
Manage Nike Stores to achieve sales/profitability targets & ensure short, medium and long-term business growth in accordance with the brand philosophy & consumer focus.

Develop constructive and positive relations with Nike Stores partners and ensure that all Nike stores staff receives the required training.
Job description
-
Building the financial plans with partner including revenues, margins, wages, sg&a, marketing.
-
Creating business plans; ensure they contain complete retail and visual marketing plan, HR plan & training schedule. Establish annual/monthly/weekly/daily budgets.
-
Providing sales targets to merchandisers and reps to ensure assortments are planned towards reaching these goals.
-
Analysing business performance on a regular basis and reporting monthly to local and European retail
organisations.

Ensuring all Nike Stores achieve compliance of operational standards and consistently execute policies and procedures.
-
Ensuring corporative Marketing execution and merchandise/assortment excellence.

Training Stores staff in accordance with the Nike standards.
Knowledge and experience
required
-
Degree in Business
Administration/Management.
-
Knowledge in sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, loss prevention, POS systems and local retail market is essential.
-
Advanced PC skills.
-
Fluency in English.
