recruit a Visual Merchandising Manager
Description of duties
Implement the overall visual presentation standard of Nike product, seasonal brand and product initiatives in managed space and
optimise store layout, capacity and assortment plans to increase sell through and
maximise profitability in Nike managed
space.
Job description
-
Implement the regional (CEMEA) visual presentation strategies for all
Nike's Managed Spaces and ensure benchmark product presentation standards at retail.

Provide quantitative and qualitative reports for the stores to Country Retail Manager and Regional Visual Merchandising Manager.

Work together with Country Sales & Product Team to create seasonal assortment plan for the Nike Stores and Shops to meet revenue projections.

Consulting on floor plans and assortment/capacities for the new stores.

Connect and communicate with Country product, sales & marketing teams to ensure optimal retail in-store execution of brand and product initiatives.

Organise and deliver regular trainings
(twice a year) for the country Visual
Merchandising teams and/ In-Store-Merchandisers.

Attend Pre-Sales-meetings, Sales-meetings, and Regional Retail and Visual Merchandising meetings.
Knowledge and experience
-
Practical education in Visual Merchandising or Display required. Higher education degree in Business or Retail Management or Marketing preferred.

Minimum four years' experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably from fashion retail is required.

Knowledge and understanding of retail environment specifically in trend products
(apparel / shoes / jewelry).

Advanced PC skills (Excel, Word, Power Point & basic drawing or VM software
programmes).
